Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Campus Director in overseeing daily school operations and maintaining high standards of excellence.
- Guide, mentor, and collaborate with teachers to foster a positive and inspiring learning environment.
- Support classroom management, staffing coordination, and operational procedures.
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and staff.
- Ensure compliance with Texas Minimum Standards for Child-Care Centers and applicable licensing regulations.
- Promote Mia Mia’s educational philosophy, values, and commitment to continuous improvement.
- Serve as a trusted leadership partner to the Campus Director.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience serving on the leadership team of a preschool in Texas.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of Texas Minimum Standards for Child-Care Centers and state licensing requirements.
- Demonstrated experience in early childhood education and school operations.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Experience supporting, mentoring, and collaborating with teaching teams.
- A genuine passion for early childhood education and creating nurturing learning environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience with or knowledge of the Reggio Emilia approach is highly valued but not required.
