Kinder Bridge: Foundations for School Success
4-6 years
Starting school is a huge milestone, and we are here to support families every step of the way.

A Dedicated 2-Year School Transition Program

Our Pre-K 4 and Kinder Bridge program provides a secure and nurturing environment where children can explore and understand their world. Through a blend of academic learning and immersive outdoor experiences, children engage in literacy, math, science, and problem-solving activities while connecting with nature through garden explorations, nature walks, and hands-on outdoor projects. This approach lays the social, emotional, and cognitive foundations necessary for a smooth and confident transition to elementary school.

Bilingual Setting for School Readiness

Our 4–6-year-old program is offered in a bilingual setting, with experienced teachers guiding children through both Spanish and English. We maintain Spanish while gradually introducing

English literacy and math concepts, preparing children for english immersion in school.

Kinder Bridge Program

For children who would benefit from an extra year before starting elementary school whether to remain in a familiar, nurturing environment or because they missed the cut-off date (1st Sept)— our Kinder Bridge program provides a gentle and inspiring transition. In small, supportive classes, children engage in hands-on projects, play-based learning, and outdoor experiences. They develop communication, creativity, problem-solving, empathy, and social-emotional skills, building confidence, independence, and a lifelong love of learning.

First steps of discovery
our Pre-Toddlers program

15 months - 24 months

At this age, every child is a curious explorer, full of wonder and eager to engage with the world. At Mia Mia, we honor each child’s individuality and nurture their natural desire to move, play, and communicate.

Our educators design hands-on, play-based experiences that foster independence, creativity, and confidence. From walking and climbing to first words and early routines, every moment is an opportunity for children to discover who they are and what they can do.

Music, movement, and gross motor activities in our gym and sports classes are part of each day, supporting cognitive, emotional, and physical growth. Here, children are seen, heard, and celebrated as capable, curious learners—taking their first steps on a joyful journey of lifelong discovery.

A Gentle Beginning:
Our Infant Program

3 months - 12 months

The first two years of life are a pivotal time for development and growth, where every moment matters.

At Mia Mia, we see every baby as an individual with their own path of discovery. Each child has a personalized learning and development olan with goals and progress check-ins every semester, ensuring they reach their full potential.

Our nursery spaces are thoughtfully designed to feel calm, natural, and welcoming—filled with soft colors, natural materials, and engaging sensory experiences that make Mia Mia a true home away from home.

Our infant program focuses on bonding, trust, and sensory exploration, supporting milestones such as rolling over, sitting up, crawling, and early communication. Through personalized care routines—feeding, diapering, and sleep—our educators ensure every baby feels safe, loved, and supported.

Music and Early stimulation classes play an essential role in this stage, nurturing early brain development, rhythm, coordination, and emotional connection through sound, movement, and joyful interaction.

A World of Curiosity:Our Toddlers Program

2-3 years

Toddlerhood is a remarkable time of curiosity, growth, and self-discovery.
Children are experiencing a world of change—grasping new emotions, learning words and phrases, and discovering independence. At Mia Mia, our program offers a nurturing, engaging environment where toddlers feel confident to explore, play, and express themselves.

Our educators guide children through hands-on, play-based experiences that support cognitive, social, and emotional development. Milestones include combining words into short sentences, imaginative play, building fine motor skills, and practicing life skills such as sharing, turn-taking, and daily routines.

Rhythm of the day and structured routines help toddlers transition between activities, providing stability and a sense of security. Our vibrant, stimulating spaces encourage curiosity, creativity, and exploration, while fostering confidence and independence. Every day at Mia Mia is an opportunity for toddlers to discover, create, and grow, laying the foundation for lifelong learning and joy.

Curious Minds in Action- our Prek 3 program

3 -4 years

Our Pre-3 program, designed for 3–4-year-olds, is based on discovery, independence, and communication. At this age, children have thoughts, ideas, and opinions about the world that they are eager to share. They are naturally curious, brave, and motivated to try things for themselves, explore solutions, and be heard by those around them.

We encourage each child to develop confidence and independence in a safe, supportive environment where it is okay to make mistakes and try again. Children are part of a group that celebrates achievements and strengths, helping them become resilient, persistent, and proud of themselves as learners.

Our program introduces early literacy, math, and science concepts, alongside writing skills and hand-eye coordination. Children also participate in sports, movement activities, farm visits, library sessions, and hands-on projects, fostering curiosity, creativity, and a love of learning. Through these experiences, Pre-3 children build critical thinking, social-emotional skills, and communication abilities, laying a strong foundation for lifelong learning.
