Mia Mia Preschool is growing, and we’re looking for a loving, patient, and passionate Infant Co-Teacher to join our Lakeway team!
This position is for our infant classroom, caring for babies approximately 3 to 12 months old.

Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience working with infants (ages 3–12 months) is highly preferred.
- A genuine passion for infant development and early childhood education.
- A patient, loving, gentle, and respectful approach to caring for babies.
- Understanding of infant developmental milestones, sensory exploration, and age-appropriate learning experiences.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Willingness to learn and embrace Mia Mia’s educational philosophy and our Gentle Beginnings Program.
- Commitment to inclusive education and respecting each child’s individual needs, abilities, and developmental journey.
