Mia Mia Preschool is seeking a highly experienced, passionate, and fully bilingual Pre-K 4 Teacher to join our Lakeway Campus.
We are looking for a dedicated early childhood educator with a strong background in kindergarten readiness, early literacy, writing development, phonemic and phonological awareness, mathematics, and science.
Our ideal candidate understands how to combine strong academic foundations with meaningful, hands-on, nature-based, and project-based learning experiences.

Candidates must demonstrate full professional fluency in both English and Spanish, with the confidence and experience to deliver high-quality instruction in both languages.
Our Educational Approach

Our philosophy emphasizes inquiry-based learning, hands-on exploration, creativity, and a strong connection with nature through rich outdoor learning experiences.
We are looking for an educator who can successfully integrate academic objectives in literacy, writing, mathematics, and science into meaningful, inquiry-driven projects.
We believe that learning extends beyond the classroom, and our outdoor environments provide endless opportunities for exploration, investigation, creativity, and discovery.
